1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the rewardsinwhatif.app website and/or app Rewards in WHATIF!!, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Platform. 

2. User Accounts

• Account Creation: To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 
• One Account Per User:  Each individual is limited to one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in spamming, harassment, or other abusive behavior. 
• Use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or any user accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device or process to access the Platform for any purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by [Your Company Name/Your Name], its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 
• Limited License: These Terms permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:  
  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials. 
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution. 
• No Modification: You must not modify copies of any materials from this Platform.
• No Commercial Use: You must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text. 
• Copyright and Trademark Notices: You must not delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this Platform. 

5. NFT Purchases

• Delivery: We are responsible for the delivery of NFTs purchased through our Platform to the address associated with your account.
• Refunds: No refunds.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 
• Limitation of Liability: In no event will we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. 

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. 

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
